What it is:
 

This is not meant to be approached as a diet plan, but as holistic lifestyle coaching that will change the way you think about food and your body.

The aim is not just to get you to your goals, but for you to become in-tune with your mind and your body so you are able to naturally support what it needs without the need for dieting, calorie-counting or 'detoxes'! 

​

We will work together to improve all aspects of your health including your gut health, hormones, nervous system, energy levels, mindset and habits.

How it works:

The route we take to your goals depends as much on the starting point as it does on the destination - so the first thing we will do is build a thorough picture of your lifestyle, goals, obstacles, current health and health history.

​

Then based on the five key principles:

​

  • Nutrition

  • Movement & Recovery

  • Sleep, Rest & Stress Management

  • Mindfulness & Intention

  • Toxin Exposure


we will work together to create a clear, comprehensive, realistic and enjoyable (!) wellness plan for you that aligns with your individual goals, preferences and challenges.

Six Weeks - £150

*Six weeks is usually the right amount of support needed to make significant improvements a to all aspects of your health, and to provide you with the knowledge, confidence and mindset to continue - different levels of support are available so get in touch if you want to discuss other options!

Food is information, and every time we eat we have the chance to heal and improve our body and our mind.

What it is:

This is a an option for those who aren't suffering from chronic health conditions (I would recommend the Holistic Coaching for those that are) and want practical, nutrition-specific guidance. 

​

There is no perfect, 'one-size-fits-all' diet. Every body (and every brain!) operates best with a different recipe.

​

Taking into consideration the three components of good nutrition: 

​

  1. Lifestyle (what you need)

  2. Preferences (what you like) 

  3. Bioindividuality (how your body responds)

​

You will be provided with the knowledge and support you need to make sure you are eating in a way which nourishes you, balances you and aligns with your goals.
